Herman Kalra joined CTG as Vice President and Chief People Officer in December 2022, and focuses on further strengthening the company’s high-performance, team-oriented culture. He is passionate about building a learning-driven organization that transcends geographical barriers in developing a future-ready, diversely talented workforce to help our clients accelerate their business through technology. With over two decades of experience across organizations such as Siemens, Infosys, Capgemini, LTI, and Orion Innovation, Herman has worked in various areas of people functions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune.
